This is a beautiful piece of no name bone china. It has a matte type finish except for the inside of the cup which is glazed in white lusterware. The background colors are pale blue and yellow with yellow and purple flowers with green and gray leaves. Very pretty. The cup handle is gilded as are the very edges. There is a black dot on the saucer which may have happened during firing. It feels very delicate.
The saucer is 5 3/8 and the cup is 2 1/4" tall and the top is 3" in diameter.No nicks, chips or crazing.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
