Can't find much about this pattern, not really even sure when it was made. It isn't on Replacements.com It was made by Regent China, has pink and yellow flowers with pale green leaves. looks like maybe moss roses.
It has a swirl pattern in the china. It is rimmed in silver. The saucer is 5 15/16" and the cup is 3" tall and the top is 3 5/16" in diameter.
