This is a really pretty 1950s rhinestone necklace. It is made from cup chain on a gold backing and the rhinestones are a yellowish clear and light brown, almost amber. It is 14" with swags in the center. There are no missing rhinestones. It has a hook clasp which can be hooked anywhere on the chain to make it fit like you want it to.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
