These are Cray-pas from the 60s. Made in Japan. The box says that "it is similar to a crayon in appearance but is entirely a different substance...many effects are obtainable with cray-pas that are impossible with other mediums.... one color can be used over another without muddying..." Can be used on canvas or paper.
This is a set of 16, used but barely. They are 2.25" long. The box is 6 1/4 x 3 1/8".

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
